Gills is genuinely a top quality tire shop! My family and I were on our way from Boise to Salt Lake in a rental truck when we started losing tire pressure passing through Twin Falls. Les Schwab had a terribly long wait and I'm so glad they did because we hopped over to Gills Point S. Their customer service was over the top! Truly. They took a good used tire from their stock and swapped out the irreparable tire on the rental. That got us on to the nearest Avis so we could get a new truck and be on with our trip as soon as possible. Besides be extremely friendly and down to earth, Gills didn't charge us a dime. What!? They didn't have to do that and we certainly weren't expecting it. The gentleman who got us taken care of said that he figured dealing with flat tire while on a trip in a rental no less, is stress enough in itself. He didn't want to add to it. Wow! You don't see that sort of customer service and just basic human kindness very often in this world anymore. If Gills was located in Boise I'd switch all my tire services over to them in a heartbeat. Not to mention the tire deals they had displayed outside front, for full sets of tires, were truly incredible deals. Go to Gills Point S in Twin Falls! You'll be glad you did!

Great Experience! Fast and professional service. Recently had new tires and alignment done on my car. I called ahead and asked them what a good value may be for new tires. They walked me through the options and price points and gave me an honest opinion. I did shop around a bit and they were by far the most reasonable. In addition, I was quoted a standard price on my alignment only to have them charge me $20 less when I paid based on my simple rear suspension system. I have never had a shop charge me less than quoted! Integrity, professionalism, friendly, and knowledgeable. Call them today!

When our tire flew off on I90 our car was towed here and everyone was so amazing and had our car fixed in a timely manner and very reasonable price. This would be my go to place for sure if I lived closer. Not only did they treat us well while they fixed the car I had left my debit card and they came out of there way last night to bring it to the sheriffs office for me to be able to pick up that night instead of having to wait! Absolutely amazing company ❤! Thank you for all you did to help us!

Everyone was very courteous and approachable. They listened attentively to my concerns and displayed understanding. They conducted a thorough inspection of my vehicle, identified the issues, and addressed the necessary repairs. When additional problems were found with another customer's vehicle, they explained the situation and provided an estimate without pressuring them to complete everything on the same day. The staff expressed that they would be happy to assist with any future repairs when needed. Upon departure, they courteously said, "See you next time." Overall, they delivered excellent service in a welcoming environment. I would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of vehicle assistance.

Nothing short of amazing and kind, with timely and efficient service. Like some of the other reviews, I happened to blow a tire mid 1200 mile trip home with both of my cats in the car. After getting a donut tire on the car with the help of a stranger, I made it to a gas station a few miles down and tried to assess my situation. To my luck, this shop was 2 minutes away just across the road.As soon as they saw me, the manager saw the donut and the STRIPPED passenger tire we agreed there was no chance I’d make it home. He didn’t have used tires for my car but he immediately found the right ones new and gave me a price I’d never even get at home.I can’t even believe how quickly they helped me. Paid the bill, chatted with the friendly and helpful woman in the office, and the employees were excited to see my cats. There are no words for how relieved and grateful I was for this shop being exactly where they are. There is a high probability that I will return if I’m on a road trip down I-5 if only to get a tire rotation or inspection mid trip.

Brought three vehicle2020 gmc 35002022 Lexus rx4502020 Audi a4 Got new tires and alignment for two vehicle, and a balance and alignment on the truck. Best alignment and balance I’ve ever gotten, usually there’s still a light shake. But here it was dead on. Prices are decent, but I’m glad with the service. Thank you

I needed new tires immediately. And they not only had the tires in stock. But the customer service man was absolutely wonderful. He was very friendly and kind. Plus I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. I will absolutely go back there for tires. I will also be calling them to set up an appointment for a front end alignment.
